This role reports directly to the Sales, Marketing & Administration Manager working in a fast and dynamic pace.

· You have the ability to manage and prioritise tasks whilst working to agreed time frames.

About the role:
· Mentoring team, training and guiding accountability
· Providing administrative support were necessary to the Managing Director and senior managers and sales people.
· Customer service and sales support.
· Demonstrating a 5-star customer service mindset.
· Managing the operational relationship with the outsourced IT service provider,
· Developing, implementing, and improving administrative systems
· Organising functions and events
· Managing incoming calls, emails and correspondence;
· Coordinating travel arrangements;
· Maintaining a high level of confidentiality when dealing with requests from the senior management team.

The role will suit someone who genuinely wants to contribute to team success. You ideally have experience in a similar environment, solid organisational skills and a great work ethic. Computer literacy in the Microsoft suite and high level communication skills which enables you to contribute to a positive workplace environment will be valuable.
