We are proud to introduce our new 10-year rubber guarantee on the premium rubber used in our doors. This guarantee ensures your peace of mind, if our rubber fails within the first decade, we will replace it free of charge. 

The guarantee provides a manufacturing warranty for the rubber component of any product purchased directly through Padman Water Solutions against defects reported within a 10-year period, from date of purchase.  You are entitled to the repair or replacement of the rubber component of the product.  We reserve the right to refuse to provide a repair or replacement if the problem has, for instance, arisen because the product was misused by the customer.  For replacement rubber guarantee, the rubber MUST be a branded Padman Stops rubber.

Warranty exclusions: 

• Machinery damage 

• Damage from stock 

• Fire damage

• Fixtures and door frames 

• Willful damage or neglect.

• Improper use

• Unauthorised modifications or repairs

• Normal wear and tear including loss of screws etc.

• Products purchased before 25.06.2024
