The Padman Group employs more than 70 people across multiple sites in Strathmerton, VIC and Ayr, QLD.

We run monthly BBQ’s at each site, where we celebrate all the wins from the previous month. It’s a great chance to pat each other on the back and reflect on all the good things we have achieved together. There are raffles, awards, good food and lots of fun!
Each month we run a raffle, with all funds going to towards a different charity nominated by the team. We have donated in excess of $8,000 in the last 6 months.
Celebrating big milestones and special occasions is important. That’s why we take the time to get the team together to celebrate big birthdays, or big work anniversaries. But don’t worry, we also have a little surprise for every birthday, not just the big ones!
The ultimate recognition would have to be career progression. We pride ourselves on internal promotion and providing training and talent development opportunities to anyone willing.
We work closely with Mark Bloodworth of Lifeblood performance to mentor and upskill our emerging leaders. We truly believe that good management comes from soft skills, they are the unsung superpower of each one of us.
